It's been a busy autumn! But then, what time of year isn't busy, right? I have been thoroughly enjoying myself this season. About six months ago, I started thinking that one day I'd like to teach a still life course. And then about two months ago I decided to actually do it! 🙂 And I'm so glad I did. I met some of the sweetest ladies and got to know some that I already knew even better. There were 14 of us in the course and that couldn't have been a more perfect number for my very first ever course!
The images below are some that I took during the course. If you'd like to see what some of the ladies in the course did, go to Instagram and look up #stilllifecultivated.
Another area of creativity that I've been working on is my watercolor. Sorry ... I don't always just talk about what I'm doing. But I've been having an awful lot of fun with it and just wanted to share with you. 🙂 So, here's a little of my watercolor art.
And what are you up to these days? Do you have any special projects you're working on? Anything special coming up? I'd love to hear in the comments. Thank you so much for reading and for leaving your comments!

I loved your course!! I’m glad I was part of your new journey. I am beginning my own new chapter in food photography and I am truly enjoying it. It’s a bit like still life in regard to styling a plated dish. I also love your watercolor pictures, I hope you continue with watercolors. Thanks for a wonderful 4 weeks of creativity ❤️

Thank you Debra! I was so glad to have you as part of it! You were a great help to me in going over the lessons looking for mistakes. 🙂 And I’m excited about your new journey as well! I’m glad you like the watercolor … I’m really having so much fun! You’re welcome!
