Whenever I reach into my cupboard, my fingers always push aside certain mugs until I find my favorite. There's that one mug that's just perfect!
The way the handle feels in my hand ...
The way my other hand can wrap around it ...
The thickness of the mug and the way that nice warm tea flows out and into my mouth.
You have a mug that you want to use every day!
Did you know that you are God's favorite mug! And that He wants to use you every day!
Do you believe that?
You are a vessel created for His glory and it truly is His desire to use you in one way or another. You know what you're called to. You know where your heart is. That's where He wants to use you!
The Passion Translation tells us that ...
God will continually revitalize you,
implanting within you the passion to do what pleases him.
Philippians 2:13
So don't hesitate the next time you see someone who you believe needs an encouraging word. Help that elderly woman carry her groceries out. Write out those thoughts you're thinking. Pray for the family who's been on your heart.
You are God's favorite mug and He wants to use you every day!
