It's just incredible to drive around where I live these days. The hills have gone from a drab brown to this absolutely vivid blanket of green! A true sign that spring is here and that we've been blessed with some rain.
As you gaze across these lucious fields and rolling hills there are pops of orange and yellow everywhere. The wildflowers and California's state flower, the poppy and beginning to show their faces.
Little dots of purple are beginning to show as well. The excitement of vases full of wildflowers and the imaginings of what photos I'll be able to capture are filling my heart.
